Insert a Scaled Graphic in Schematic

Place > Drawing Tools > Graphic.

Select X:Y Ratio 1:1 (Altium default).

Notes:

*bmp files take up more memory than *jpeg or *.Tif files. Consider using the Embedded option, which is more permanent and portable than the default linked file.
