AD21 Project Releaser
Example:
Create Outjobs.
Add Sections, i.e. ENG, MEC
Rename Target Revision:
Edit Source Data
FAB
ASY
Repeat for ENG and MEC Outputs
Select Prepare . . . and Wait for it.
That's it !

AD18 Project Outputs
Project Options - Point the Output Path to the Project Folder
Example: Project Outputs for 510-0105-xx_Rhino2
Add Section
Select Options
Check Custom Docs - Old Style . . .
Check Include Custom Data - Project Outputs and Rename to Project Outputs
Save Project File and Commit to SVN if the Project is under Version Control (SVN)
Select Prepare
And Wait for it . . .
Example: Project Outputs for 510-0105-xx_Rhino2

AD17 Project Outputs
In AD17 and higher Altium changed the Project Releaser.
Below are some tricks I use to get project outputs done my way !
As shown below I start with Include Custom Data which I name as Project Outputs.

There are a lot of intertwined files in a project where a seemly small change can ripple through several related project outputs.
I prefer to generate all of the project outputs in un-zipped folders for Eng, Fab and Mfg.
My current employer uses an Agile PLM system and the un-zipped files need to be uploaded or attached to the product structure in the PLM system.

Select the Folder Option and chop off Projects Outputs path as shown below.

Releasing a Design with the Project Releaser | Online Documentation for Altium Products
