LDI Soldermask Tolerances

  • Minimum feature size (web) 3 mil
  • Minimum swell (soldermask expansion for pads) +2 mil
  • Soldermask registration accuracy +/-1 mil or +/- 1.5 mil
  • Check with your fabricator !
